New VSCAN for Viruscan v2.x

VSCAN - a Windows front end for McAfee Virus Scan. I wrote it for use on a
network where I didn't want users to be able to do things like scan network
drives. It limits them to scanning A:,B:, C:, or D: local drives.

SCAN.PIF should be placed in the same directory as SCAN.EXE, which should be
in the path. The PIF file is set up to prevent the scan window from being
closed immediately Scan terminates, to give the user time to view the results.
